Цей документ є офіційною пропозицією (офертою) ФОП Терентер Крістіна Віталіївна, яка діє на підставі запису в ЄДР (ІПН: 3120200092, номер реєстрації ФОП: 2 072 000 0000 032663), щодо надання освітніх послуг відповідно до викладених нижче умов.

Акцепт (прийняття) цієї оферти означає повне та беззастережне прийняття умов цієї оферти особою (далі — Замовник), яка здійснила акцепт.

1. Предмет договору

1.1. Виконавець зобов’язується надати освітні послуги, які включають:

• організацію онлайн-тренінгів;

• проведення групових занять;

• надання консультацій через онлайн-трансляції та відеоматеріали у записі;

• надання навчальних матеріалів та індивідуальної підтримки для виконання домашніх завдань.

2. Вартість та порядок оплати

2.1. Вартість послуг визначається в актуальних тарифах, опублікованих на сайті Виконавця.

2.2. Замовник здійснює оплату послуг безготівковим розрахунком через платіжну систему або банківські реквізити Виконавця:

3. Права та обов’язки Замовника

3.1. Замовник має право:

• отримувати освітні послуги в обсязі, визначеному цією офертою;

• звертатися з питаннями до Виконавця через зазначені канали зв’язку.

3.2. Замовник зобов’язаний:

• своєчасно здійснювати оплату послуг;

• не передавати навчальні матеріали третім особам.

4. Права та обов’язки Виконавця

4.1. Виконавець має право:

• призупинити надання послуг у разі порушення Замовником умов договору;

• проводити фото- та відеозйомку під час занять та використовувати їх для просування своїх послуг.

4.2. Виконавець зобов’язаний:

• забезпечити доступ до матеріалів та навчальної програми;

• надавати якісний зворотний зв’язок.

5. Прийняття послуг

5.1. Послуги вважаються прийнятими Замовником після фактичного отримання доступу до навчальної програми або після проведення заняття.

6. Конфіденційність

6.1. Сторони зобов’язуються зберігати конфіденційність інформації, отриманої у рамках цього договору.

7. Вирішення спорів

7.1. Усі спори вирішуються шляхом переговорів або в судовому порядку відповідно до законодавства України.

8. Інші умови

8.1. Виконавець залишає за собою право змінювати умови цієї оферти. Зміни набувають чинності з моменту їх публікації на сайті Виконавця.

8.2. Акцепт цієї оферти не потребує підписання письмового договору.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) from FOP Terenter Khrystyna Vitaliivna, acting under the registration in the Unified State Register (Taxpayer ID: 3120200092, Registration Number: 2 072 000 0000 032663), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” to provide educational services under the terms outlined below.

Acceptance of this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms by any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who performs such acceptance.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Service Provider agrees to provide the Customer with educational services, which include:

• Organization of online training sessions;

• Conducting group classes;

• Providing consultations through online streaming and recorded video materials;

• Offering educational materials and individual support for completing assignments.

2. Price and Payment Terms

2.1. The cost of services is determined according to the current rates published on the Service Provider’s website.

2.2. The Customer shall pay for the services via bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account:

3. Rights and Obligations of the Customer

3.1. The Customer has the right to:

• Receive educational services as outlined in this Offer;

• Request information from the Service Provider regarding the organization and delivery of services.

3.2. The Customer is obliged to:

• Timely pay for the services;

• Refrain from transferring educational materials to third parties.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider

4.1. The Service Provider has the right to:

• Suspend the provision of services in case of non-compliance by the Customer with the Agreement’s terms;

• Conduct photo and video recording during classes and use them for promotional purposes.

4.2. The Service Provider is obliged to:

• Provide access to materials and the educational program;

• Ensure timely feedback and support.

5. Acceptance of Services

5.1. Services are considered accepted by the Customer upon receiving access to the educational program or after attending a class.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained in connection with this Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

7.2. If an amicable resolution is not reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

8. Other Terms

8.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. Changes become effective upon publication on the Service Provider’s website.

8.2. Acceptance of this Offer does not require signing a written agreement.
